Items found onboard that we deem to be high or sentimental value, may be held for up to 1 month, however clothing and toiletries will not be held.

To check if your item has been located, email the relevant address below with the following information: Your name, booking reference, sailing date & time, name of ship, description of your item. Once your email has been received a member of our lost property team will assist you further.
